Property Rules, Guide & FAQs

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Making your stay memorable and enjoyable is our highest priority. Below you will find essential information to help enhance your experience with us.

Property Rules

We kindly ask you to read our Property Rules carefully & keep them in mind during your stay. Thank You.

1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking or vaping of any substances allowed on the premises. No illegal substances of any kind allowed on the premises.
3. No pets allowed.
4. If you use the grill be sure to clean it & cover it when you're done.
5. Suitable for children under 12. If you use the folding chair or pack n play, please be sure to make sure they're cleaned prior to check-out.
6. No extra or unregistered guests allowed to stay over.
7. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms
8. Please don't leave doors open and remember to lock them. Shut off all appliances, lights and fans prior to leaving the property.
9. Please respect the noise curfew from 9pm-7am.
10. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
11. Please don't tamper with the cameras, WIFI equipment, smart locks, thermostat or noise monitoring devices at any time.
12. Do not share your door security code or wifi password with outside parties, thank you.
13. Take care of the furnishings. You will be responsible for the damages that exceed your security deposit.
14. Don't rearrange the furniture, add window coverings, paint, hang items from the walls, and/or alter the property in any way.
15. Please clean your dishes, small appliances and place all items back in their locations prior to check-out.
16. Please take out the trash as well.

Yes, the beach is walking distance away within minutes.

Yes, we provide 4 backpack style beach chairs and 4 beach towels. This are located in the laundry area.

Yes, we provide up to 4 backpack style beach chairs for you during the stay along with beach towels. There are also beach chair and umbrella rentals located at the beach for your convenience.

Yes, you have your own private fenced off back yard where you can dine and enjoy the Florida sun. You have your own private dining patio, chairs, and outdoor dinnerware as well.

Yes, we provide you with complementary coffee K-Cups and tea bags. There is a French press as well for those coffee connoisseurs.

Yes, we provide a folding high chair, playpen, children’s mats, cups and dinnerware as well.

Yes, there is a commercial grade charcoal grill located in the back yard of the property. You would need to provide your own charcoal. Please be sure to clean the grill after use and cover it as well, thank you.

Yes, the property has emergency lighting, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. The fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.

Outside on the side of the building, next to fence gate.

Paper towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, fabric softener, coffee, tea & sugar for consumables. There are also linens and towels provided. These will not be replenished, washed or cleaned during your stay.

Yes, there is a front door doorbell camera, an outdoor camera located above the back door, and a noise monitor inside the unit. There are no cameras located inside the property.
